Our Academic Enrichment Activities Learning Assistant will be sharing strategies for more effective time management, tips on how to use your Google Drive, and where the best places to study are all across campus.

(HWC) All Body Workout: Cardio, Strength & Flexibility

Tues/Thurs, Oct. 17th and 19th Classes are Canceled
This circuit training-style will involve rotating from one station to another in set periods of time. Each interval varies from 1-3 minutes, alternating between strength and cardio.
Cardio work can include Step, Hi/Lo Aerobics, or Cardio Kickboxing. Strength work can include medicine balls, bands, mat exercises, body weight exercise, free weights and more.
This class is designed for all levels to help improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

The Stateline Literacy Council (SLC) is looking for Adult literacy volunteers to work one-on-one with adult learners in ELL (ESL). If you are interested in learning more about this rewarding experience and making a significant difference in the life of an adult learner, please join us for the required adult tutor training session Sept 21, at 5:00pm in the Beloit Public Library.
